These terms apply when you use YardMakeover AI at yardmakeoverai.com. By using the service you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

What the service does

YardMakeover AI uses artificial intelligence to generate landscape design ideas from photos you upload. Designs are visual concepts only. They are not construction plans, and they may contain inaccuracies, such as plants that don’t suit your climate or features that don’t fit your space. Check sizes, drainage, utilities, permits and local rules with a qualified professional before doing any work.

Your account

• You need a Google account to generate designs. Keep your account secure; you’re responsible for activity on it.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to collect extra free credits is not allowed.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

Acceptable use

• Only upload photos you took or have permission to use.
• Don’t upload photos that focus on identifiable people, or anything illegal, harmful or offensive.
• Don’t try to break, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service, or get around credit limits.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your photos and designs

You keep all rights you have in the photos you upload. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service. You may use the designs we generate for you for personal or commercial purposes, as long as your use is lawful and doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights. Because designs are created by AI, similar results may be generated for other users, and we can’t guarantee they are unique or protectable.

Credits

• New accounts receive a small number of free credits. Each generated design uses one credit.
• If a generation fails, the credit is returned to your account automatically.
• Credits have no cash value and can’t be transferred. We may change how many free credits we offer.
• If we offer paid credits, you can request a refund for unused paid credits within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@yardmakeoverai.com.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any design will be accurate, suitable or buildable.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any decisions or work you undertake based on a design. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or change or discontinue the service. If we make material changes, we will update this page and the date above. You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
