Label virtually enhanced photos
A refreshed yard shows buyers the potential of a property, but it isn’t how the yard looks today. MLS and brokerage rules on edited photos vary, and many require disclosure. To stay on the safe side:
- Label edited photos, for example “Virtually enhanced landscaping”.
- Keep the original photo, and show it alongside if your MLS asks for it.
- Check every result against the original before publishing. AI can occasionally change small details, so re-generate if anything on the house looks different.
- Never use it to hide defects or change material facts about the property.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use these photos in my listing?
Yes, as long as you follow your MLS and brokerage rules. Rules vary, but many require edited photos to be disclosed, so label them, for example "Virtually enhanced landscaping", and keep the original photo on hand. Don't use it to hide defects or change material facts about the property.
Will it change the house?
No. The AI is told to keep the house, roof, windows, driveway, fences and camera angle exactly the same and only refresh the landscaping.
How much does it cost per photo?

What photos work best?
Daylight exterior photos of the front or back of the home, taken straight on, with the whole yard in frame. Wide-angle listing photos work well.
