Acceptable Use Policy

YardMakeover AI is built for one thing: redesigning the landscaping of yards, gardens, patios and other outdoor spaces. This policy explains what that covers. It is part of our Terms of Service.

Allowed

• Photos of your own front yard, backyard, patio, pool area or garden, or one you have permission to use.
• Photos of a property you are planning, selling, renting or designing for a client, with their permission.
• Using the generated designs to plan work, share ideas or show clients.

Not allowed

• Sexual, sexually suggestive or nude content of any kind, including uploads meant to produce such images.
• Photos that focus on people. The service is not a face or body editing tool, and it must not be used for face swaps, deepfakes or any manipulation of a person’s appearance.
• Violent, hateful, harassing or otherwise harmful content.
• Photos of minors, or anything that could exploit or endanger children.
• Photos you don’t have the right to use, or content that infringes someone else’s rights.
• Using designs to mislead people, for example presenting an AI concept as a real photo of finished work or of a property’s current condition.
• Anything illegal, or trying to break, overload, scrape or get around the limits of the service.

How we enforce it

You can’t type your own prompts: each design is generated from the scene and style you pick, and every prompt is screened by an automated moderation service before any image is generated. If we find content that breaks this policy, we may delete it and suspend the account without a refund of credits used for it.
