YardMakeover AI is operated by GKnows Labs. We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains when you can get your money back for credit packs bought on yardmakeoverai.com.

Unused credits: 30-day refund

If you haven’t used the credits from a pack, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Credits already used to generate designs can’t be refunded, because each design is created for you at a real cost as soon as you request it.

Failed generations

If a design fails to generate, the credit is returned to your account automatically. You don’t need to contact us.

Problems with a design

If a design was clearly broken (for example, a blank or corrupted image), email us within 30 days and we’ll restore the credit.

How to request a refund

Email support@yardmakeoverai.com from the address you sign in with and include your order number from the receipt email. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show them.

Payments and your statutory rights

Purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, so your receipt and the charge on your statement come from Paddle. You can also request a refund through Paddle using the link in your receipt email. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
